It's a barometric altimeter, which helps with elevation. You can see this on an activity after it's recorded, or add a data field with it to a GPS activity. The compass I think is for the Navigation feature. Developers will likely in time make stand alone widgets for these things. Here's one for Alt/Baro/Compass.
On my Vivoactive 3, I could use the music controls to control the music there. However, on the Vivoactive 4, if I start music playing from the app, it shows it playing on the music controls (without track info at all), but if I hit the play/pause button, it just opens Youtube . Would be great to get this working like the Vivoactive 3! Thanks!
