hsindogg. 649 posts · Joined 2010. #7 · May 1, 2019. I had a similar issue, it is probably not the swirl flaps/manifold. It is most likely the EGR is stuck open, with a failed spring. Let them fix the SCR tank, thank them and take your E70 to an Indy and get the EGR replaced first. It should be about $600-700 with labor.
